Coffee from the heart
Recently I befriended a thai who is a coffee maker. He sells coffee for a living for a mere 40 cents per cup. The thai was a sincere man and he makes great coffee. He takes great efforts and pains in making a good cup of coffee for his customers. He stirs the coffee long and hard just to make sure everything blends in nicely. I could almost sense his great passion in coffee making as I watched on…..
The first sip was heavenly, arguably the best coffee I have tasted to date. Every sip leaves me quenching for more…..
Seeing my keen interest in coffee making as I stood by, the thai was open and much willing to share his secrets with me. He shared everything in great lengths, from the temperature, coffee bean, and exact spoon size. If only all humans are so selfless and upfront with one another I thought.
I should have a long break coming up in August. I’m dying to give it a go…….. hahahaha….. “stone” coffee in the making…..
